The whole process is smooth. There are two managers for the first interview. Some small talk at the beginning and then go straight to the interview questions. Some technical questions was asked but it’s okay if you don’t know what it is.

Introducing yourself and your recent work experience
Had 1:1 scheduled with this company. I joined the session ahead of the appointed time as instructed, but nobody showed up for the interview. There was no outreach about canceling or rescheduling ahead of time, and there's been no follow up or response to inquiry about it after.

The recruitment process consisted of several stages, including an initial application screening, followed by group discussions and group presentations to assess teamwork and communication skills. There were also written tests in both Chinese and English to evaluate language proficiency. Finally, candidates attended a one-on-one interview with a senior manager or principal, which served as the final assessment before an offer decision.
