1.Firstly the students were shortlisted on the basis of written test(MCQ type, 50 questions) 2.Thereafter, GD took place, wherein we had to do it usually during initial 5mins, thereafter group was divided into two, one group had to put points in favour and other one in against. Finally during last 10 mins, they swapped the roles, followed by individuals' conclusion in 15 secs 3.Technical Interview 4.HR interview
