Raytheon's HR was very cordial about the entire process. The nature of the interview was an exit interview out of a Co-Op position. It was a fairly relaxed process, but that was mainly due to a longer running experience they had with me. I presented on the work I had done that summer to a group of supervisors, was asked follow-up questions pertaining to my experience at the company, and had a 1-on-1 interview with an HR-rep that I knew fairly well. The normal questions that you would expect testing company loyalty apply, as one might expect.
