I attended a College Open House and spoke with hiring managers on site. Managers from all departments were present at the meeting. I was notified of an offer within two weeks.

Called by the recruiter who asked some checkbox questions. Set up a panel interview with 5 or 6 pretty senior engineers. All older men with and some had upwards of 25 years with the company. It was pretty intimidating and they asked about past experience and through in some behavioral questions. Showed very little emotion and really didn't sell the position well.
