I was only interviewed over the phone by hiring manager + future supervisor before getting an offer a couple days later. I was asked basic questions about my resume, as well as my experience with specific skills and situations.

Typical STAR interview process where employee asks you about previous projects and what you did to overcome problems that arose in them. Interviewer also went over his experiences in past projects and what he had to do to overcome them.
