J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez RTX (El Segundo, CA)
Entretien
The interview process began with an invitation to an all-day hiring event that was separated into three different events. Overall, the event had about 90 college students looking into internships and full-time.
One part included a Q&A panel with new hires at Raytheon. It was a very genuine and transparent experience because the employees were very open and honest with their experiences as recent graduates.
The second part included a tour of the facility led by a hiring manager. This experience helped view the day-to-day work environment and the daily operations. Most of the tour included viewing their impressive labs.
The actual interview portion was more of a career style where all hiring managers from multiple departments gathered in a room. You have to take initiative and speak to as many hiring managers in your field as possible. It was very casual and positive experience, but you must be comfortable with talking to many people in a short amount of time.

Question 1
They went through my resume and asked me to elaborate on my projects/technical experience and the role I had within the team.
Not too many technical questions except they did ask if I was interested in their specific line of work.
Very laid back, more having a conversation about the role and what I would be doing than technical questions. Asked a lot of questions about my experience on my resume and my projects in college.

Incredibly standard, asked pretty boiler plate questions. Definitely would say that they asked more about personal projects than I expected. Overall a very pleasant experience and they were very easy people to deal with.

Entry level position, was mostly behavioral and required technical explanation of my previous experiences. Seemed to look for how I answered my questions and how I thought through my answers.
