I applied for this internal position the same week it was open and they got back to me pretty quick to set up the interview. After the interview, I waited for 2 to 3 weeks have not heard anything back. I sent a follow-up email and no response from them. Then I saw the position was opened again, therefore I took that as I didn't get the job.

First round was with HR and more overall experience and then moved to an in person interview with section leaders. Immediately trying to find what section/product you fit in if you were to get accepted.
