Collins scheduled an organized interview allowing me the opportunity to discuss various topics. I spoke with the operations team, HR, Quality, etc. The process gave me a clear understanding of the problems they currently face and the expectation regarding customer satisfaction.

Telephone with VP operations and HR Director. Since I was working abroad the entire hiring process was done via multiple telephone calls. I was recommended by another Raytheon employee who apparently attested to my capabilities.
