Informal. I was interviewed with a group of about 10-15 kids my age and we were each assigned an interviewer who works at the company. The entire interview process took about 4 hours. The first phase, we took a tour around the facility, were given a powerpoint presentation on what the company was about, and then made our way to a large conference room where we were interviewed by multiple employees. Each of them asked different questions.

I had a hirevue interview. I was given five questions to answer and I had an unlimited amount of time to prepare for the answer and an unlimited amount of tries to record the answer.

I believe I found the application via linkedin. Applied and got an interview within two weeks. Mainly behavioral questions. If I recall it was with four employees. Was about 30 minutes long.

There was only one interview of 45 minutes. I heard back for an interview about 2-3 weeks after applying for the position and heard 1 week after the interview with an offer.
