After the initial phone interview with what seemed to be the most unenthusiastic recruiter, she said she will get back to me with an in-person interview confirmation. After a day went by, I sent out an email to see if something changed with the job opening and still no reply. Just unprofessional to leave someone hanging in my opinion. Hire better recruiters.
