J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Radancy (Toronto, ON) en août 2017
Entretien
The interview process at the beginning was good. It started off with a screening call which then led to an in-person interview. This is where things went sour.
The in-person interview was with the prospective manager for the role. She was not prepared at all and many of the questions that were asked were either ill-prepared or were already asked in the screening call. There was a big disconnect on what was described in the job description and what the day-to-day role would involve.
Upon navigation of this poor experience, I did not hear from the original point of contact for weeks. I only heard after I was unsuccessful with a canned email.
At the end of the day, this was particularly shocking from a company that deals with human resources. I would avoid this company at all costs: If they can't handle their own HR process, what makes you think they can do it for clients?
