It took three months and three virtual interviews. They gave a very poor impression--their employees just forgot to show up for the panel interviews! They wasted a lot of my time. I had an initial phone screen interview with a recruiter in the middle of November, and I heard back from him in two weeks. The next interview was scheduled one week later; it was a panel with developers and a couple of support representatives. The same week I received an invitation to the next round of panel interviews with six people - business analysts, CSMs, and support; right after Christmas. When the time came, I was waiting in front of my computer, but only two persons of six showed up and asked me to reach out to my recruiter to reschedule the interview. The interview was rescheduled for the first week of January. When the time came, I was waiting for my interviewers, but nobody at all showed up during this time. I tried to reach out to my scheduling coordinator, but she left the company. So, I had to write to their recruiter, who apologized for the inconvenience. It took another week for him to get my panel interview rescheduled for the end of January. Two weeks after this, I received a rejection letter.
