2 senior leaders interviewed over Zoom. Head of School (Tom) and previous Communication Director (Gary). The interview lasted 40 minutes. We discussed my experience, my educational philosophy, and after detailing how I structure typical lessons, i had a chance to ask about the school and the community.

The interview was easy and quick, with standard questions that were straightforward and simple to answer, making the entire process smooth, efficient, and much less stressful than I had expected.

The head of this school was incompetent and obviously knew nothing about education. He asked unprofessional questions and clearly viewed teaching as a glorified babysitting job with the main purpose of pleasing parents.
