I applied online for this role, and was quickly progressed into a first round interview. I passed, and went through two more rounds, making it to the final round of 3 interviews. As many others have mentioned, I have now been ghosted by them, despite multiple attempts to reach out. I even went back to the person who originally posted the position on Linked-In, and she said she would find out. I still haven't heard, and that was over a week ago. I had my final round interview over a month ago now. Considering the time and effort that goes into these, both to attend and prepare, an email explaining that you didn't get the role is the bare minimum in common curtesy. I do see based on others that I am not alone in this, and that they do not prioritize communication.
