Interview was in mid-December. I thought I did OK on it, only to find out 2 1/2 weeks later (after the holidays) that most of my more recent experience was self-taught, and that was a heavy criticism from them. I think that they should have told the recruiter that right after the interview. I don't think that should have waited until after the holidays. I was under the impression that's how a lot of learning in the IT was done. I guess I was mistaken.
