The interview process was highly disorganized. I interviewed with a higher ranking member of the company who was on her phone the entire time or leaving the interview to answer calls. She asked maybe 3 questions and didn’t even have my resume to reference. I had to rewrite my resume for her on a sheet. After the interview she said that they would do my background check and to text her after the weekend if I didn’t hear anything. I did that and she never contacted me back. The whole processes was purely unprofessional.

Was told a little bit about the company then asked about 9 questions, then asked what i could do for them, how long my notice period was and how they could contact me

Really nice hired on spot, it was actually the district manager that interviewed me. I dressed in a nice pair of jeans and a really nice sweater. She asked me basic questions and was impressed by how young I was but also how much I have accomplished in such a short amount of time.
