I met with the GM at an open interview event. I was asked a few simple questions. They seemed to value experience, outgoing personalities, and competitiveness.
He had a decent sense of humor and we joked back and forth for a few minutes. I explained that I was not interested in staying a standard crew member for long and he explained the management track for the company.
He offered a pay rate that I accepted. I agreed to a background check and provided two forms of ID for paperwork. I was in training three days later. It was a very simple interview.
