I was shortlisted for second interview a few days after my first interview. Everything was speedy at the beginning. I’ve followed up a few times a week after the second interview, ended up no response. I understand the HR might be busy and only responsible to contact those shortlisted candidates but it only take you a min to reply a follow up email.

The interview was very simple. They only want to know how much skills you had before. If you have availability to do all the duties, they will hire you.

Fairly easy interview with 4 rounds of about 30 mins pers session. All interviews were online. First one was with HR, second one with the line manager, third one with the unit manager and forth one with the head of section.
