Recruiter reached out and communicated well throughout except till the end. Hiring manager was also communicative and team members during all 4 interviews were friendly, communicative and respectful. I didn't get the role and found out through a random interaction that the hiring manager ended up hiring former coworkers even though mostly everyone said my very extensive and UNPAID 6 month strategy plan was the best presented. Just disappointing that all tech companies are following the super evil suit of the larger companies.

Put together a comprehensive 1 year strategy plan including outreach, ROS schedule, KPIs etc and present it to a functional team of 6 people. Also, spend only 3 hours on it…I spent 5, knowing it would be up to my caliber and I would get the role.
