J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ramp en mars 2025

It's not clear that Ramp is actually hiring for this role, the listing itself may be fake. Submitting even an initial application required completing a technical screening. The screening is not incredibly difficult, but it is time consuming. As others on Glassdoor have mentioned, after a correct submission your application will just be denied anyways, before even talking to a human. Some companies post fake job listings as a way to alleviate employee workload concerns and to falsely signal company growth. I have no way of knowing if that's the case here, but from other Glassdoor posters that seems likely!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Solve a CTF which involved finding elements on a webpage. Build a small React application that displays a sequence of characters over a short period of time.
HR screen, then interviewed with a few engineers at different levels. Two technical interviews and I didn't get called back after the second one. Some engineers seemed more engaged than others.

For the Frontend live coding challenge (after successfully passing pre-screen the capture-the-flag take home challenge), speed is the only factor considered (hence the "difficult" rating for a relatively easy/average challenge). The 1-hour challenge window starts with intros and a very long text-only description of the React app you'll build, and no time for questions at the end only if you manage to finish early. If you code exceptionally fast, have an big ego, and enjoy long hours, this might be the perfect job for you.
