The HR coordination, which appeared to be managed from overseas, seemed disorganized, with frequent back-and-forth on scheduling, last-minute emails, and calls being requested outside of the agreed times, which led to avoidable time delays and confusion.
The team interview itself also felt unstructured, with several questions that were not clearly relevant to the role, particularly from a junior team member. Following this stage, there was no clear follow-up communication, and responses to check-ins were either delayed or not provided. Overall, while the interview with director's positive, the broader hiring process lacked structure, timely communication, and effective coordination.
