Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Randazzo Heating & Cooling (Farmington Hills, MI) en mars 2022
Entretien
Initially connected through my individual career advisor from the trade program I graduated from and I had initially applied a few months prior to beginning the interview process as they were at the top of my list of companies I wanted to get into. My first interview (phone call to establish initial interest from their end) was very positive and the gentleman who was my first contact was extremely nice and detailed in the description of the company potential positions for me. The second and final interview before my offer was remote and I interviewed with the head of the position I had the most interest who also made me feel comfortable and provided details along with establishing a connection as we shared the exact same love for our common hobby outside of work. My interviews were the most positive experience I have ever had when being considered for a job and it is due almost entirely on how honest and detailed they were in the description along with the obvious priority of a positive work culture that is obvious when doing research on them. I was offered the position after the second interview despite their usual process of doing an in-person interview as the last of the company hiring process which they told me was due to how impressed they were with me. Once I have worked there for at least half a year I will review my experience there but so far the very high average rating they have on glassdoor was corroborated and then some by my experience with the interviews and the ease of how helpful they were with the hiring process. I'm extremely excited to start my new job and I hope this pushes others who may be interested in joining the team to pull the trigger and apply.
