They will have the candidate chosen already before the interview process begins yet they will come to market and look for some profiles with fake promises that although JD is different we want only u. You will clear two rounds and flunk in an exam irrelevant to your area of work but they will shortlist you to further rounds and finally select the chosen one. This is done to cover up that they do not get candidates from market.
Shamelessly they reached out to me for another irrelevant profile. Never trust their hiring process particularly in Hyderabad.

Recruiters as well as hiring manager just want to keep US management happy so they will go to any extreme. Questions will be very very easy that you will have self doubt that as a fresher also u didnt have such an easy interview.
