J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez RangeMe
Entretien
I interviewed with one department ~3 times before advancing onto the final panel stage of the interview. This entails creating a project plan which took me about 7-8 hours of research. I thought it was educational and interesting and didn't mind doing it. The project plan would have set the overall person in the role up for success by already knowing so much about the company.
I ended up not getting an offer due to lack of direct experience which was fair and something I was honest about since the first interview. I'm rating this as an overall negative experience because I was then recommended to an internal team member for another open position in a different department. I interviewed with them and then never heard back even after follow up emails.
The manager only responded when I let them know it was unprofessional to not reach out to candidates in this late of the interview stage to notify them the role had been filled.
This was my 5-6th interview with RangeMe so I'd spent a lot of time with them and would have preferred a simple email letting me know I was not selected.
