J'ai passé un entretien chez Rangle.io (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
Initial phone screening with HR. Second interview was on Zoom with two agile delivery managers. It felt like a combination of a skills interview and "fit" interview. The final step was with the head of the department and a program manager. This one they give you a case study. It's a hypothetical situation and you need to make some proposals/presentation.
Very transparent communication throughout the process was good. It wasn't a long turnaround time.

I had 3 rounds so far and got generic rejection letter with no reason or feedback.
Initial hr round was friendly and more about learning about my experience and about my role in rangle. After that I had a 45 mins call with VP, lots of scenarios based questions were asked and it was a positive experience.
For the 3rd round I was given a case study to present and was suppose to spend 3 hours on the case study. 2 program managers were present in this round and lots of scenarios based question in conjunction of the case study presentation.
In 2 days I got a generic rejection letter with no feedback provided.
All would appreciate if there would be any feedback for where I fell short.
