I got a preliminary interview with HR and a take-home assignment in which a solution pre-DL was requested. They insist in a deadline for the assignment then took 45 days to evaluate it without providing any feedback.

slow and ghosted after a period of 2-3 weeks. Company gives you their work as assignment to you. And then an online assessment on aptitude. Both didn't have any relationship
