J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RateLinx (Madison, WI) en janv. 2020
Entretien
Phone interview was very general and didn't have any foundation based on the position I was applying for. Expect to have an interview like you would have at any other company for a non-specific job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What kind of qualities do you look for in a supervisor or manager?

Solo interviewer. Does a good cop bad cop routine. Tries to set you up to fail. So he can tell you that you're not a good fit. Almost seems like they really aren't looking to hire someone. Started by asking about the Sun in the room I am in.(My degree is in the Pacific Northwest where it is often raining.) I responded with that I am now in Arizona and have been since 2020. Than asked me about my current position in helpdesk and what I don't like about it. Explained that I am looking to do programming and not have to work with people so much(this is a programming job right?) Explain that due to my helpdesk experience I do work with people very well. He than asked if I knew about ratelynx. I said i know somewhat and listed some technologies used. He than got a little aggressive at me not talking specifically about them being a supply chain SAAS company essentially. I understood that. (by this time he had already made up his mind, in fact I'm thinking he had his mind made up before he even interviewed me) Than he said he didn't think I'd be a good fit. I thank'd him for his time and the interview was over. It was a Teams video call interview.
