Senior manager requested that I come in for interview. Interviewed by DBA and Lead Software Developer. DBA asked me if I had any questions. Lead Developer asked me to write a routine that takes an array of integers and returns the sum. Interview lasted approx 30 mins. I was dismissed as if the interview didn't matter. Learned later the position had been filled internally.
