The interview process was a series of 30 minute interviews with managers and directors from operations and enterprise risk management. The interview questions were scenario based questions which allowed the user to discuss their strengths in real life situations.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of a hireview interview then an interview over MS Teams. They had four people interview and ask questions for about an hour. They took about a month to decide to offer me the job.

Entretien
First screening interview, then in-person meeting with multiple team members. Everyone was very nice and easy going. Work place environment seemed a bit slow but likely a good fit for those that preferred a laid back pace.
