Overall a horrible interview experience. I was called to Bangalore after a Telephonic Screening for F2F rounds. After going through 2 rounds the HR pops in and tells that the Interviewers would discuss and let me know later. In the two rounds it became clear that their knowledge level and quality was abysmal. Not one question was challenging, I could answer more than what I believe the Interviewers could understand. One of the interviewers was extremely ill informed about System Design and basics of Microservice Architecture. The guy did not know the simple concept of Read Timeout Failure in Http calls. I had to explain it to him, probably leaving him embarrassed. The company doesn't seem to have a standard process of interviewing, leaving things to absolute discretion of the Interviewers opinion. Also, the current crop of employees don't seem to be well read on technology.
