Interviewers have a calm, positive, and encouraging demeanor. You are given a carpenter test in the main office and as much time as you need to complete it. Interviewer then reviews your answers with you and goes over it. The rest is more behavioral and casual. It overall took less than a half hour with a tour of the space.
