Was tested on technical knowledge and had a good interactive session with the interviewer. HR is unprofessional, they never got back with an update from the interview even after sending a follow up email they chose to ignore

Entretien
The interview process at Realtek was frustratingly slow and lacked adequate communication. After completing the initial interview, it took an unreasonable amount of time to hear back about the next steps. Despite following up with the hiring team, my inquiries were ignored. Furthermore, during the second interview, it felt as though they were solely interested in extracting information about my project concept, with little regard for genuine engagement. This left me feeling as though my ideas were being exploited rather than valued.

The interview questions were standard for the first round, with a 20 questions test to gauge basic knowledge for the role. However, the second interview delved deeply into my project, focusing more on the process rather than my qualifications or potential fit for the role.
Overall, the interview process at Realtek left much to be desired in terms of transparency, communication, and respect for the candidate's time and ideas.
