I met with broker and we both asked questions and decided it was a good fit. The process was more about getting to know each other and if our personalities meshed. We went over the Commission structure and all the training that was provided by the Brokerage. We also went over the Tools that were provided to the realtors at the expense of the Brokerage.

Fun work atmosphere and environment, good agents and brokers, everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Overall would recommend to agents. Joining process was nice and easy to complete and answered all my questions
