After sending a CV I waited for over a month to get a response just to find out it is not good for them. Nonetheless, the e-mail sort of explained why they made this decision so I got a little feedback

Entretien
Quick phonecall followed by a short programming test (just solving one problem), follored by an in person interview. No offer to cover travel expenses / accomodation for interview - I didn't enquire but it was clear I'd need to travel to Oxford from another UK city.

Question 1
There was a lot of focus on solving specific problems as parts of tasks, along with mostly friendly informal chatting. The on the spot test was quite stressful, with the interviewers peeping over shoulders, but both were friendly and encouraging.
