HR reached out and set up a face-to-face for a couple weeks out but set it up for 11:30PM and would not return my calls/email to confirm a day and time until 2 days out. The overall interview went well. There were moments where one of the three interviewers was a little insulting when discussing that my resume only had one company (I've been with them for seven years since leaving college). I was told two to three times that I would hear back either way. Two weeks went by and I sent an email to HR just touching base (no response). HR never got back with me so I called five weeks after the face-to-face and left a voicemail and finally got a call back where HR said "it was honestly a flip of the coin... no hard feelings". Honestly, I went into this looking for them to sell me on the idea of working for a small company with little to no room for development and just left with a bad taste in my mouth due to the sever lack of professionalism.
