Fantastic Interview with the HR Rep who was easy to talk to, great questions, and really made you comfortable to explain your experience and why you applied for the position. Total 40 minute call with feedback about how I fit the job requirements perfectly. At the hiring manager stage, there was poor communication and poor direction for conversation. I was only asked one question and it was about my resume concerning my lack of educational chemistry skills. From her response with her stating her credentials, it felt like a power move. Then I was instructed to "just talk about my resume". It was over in 8 minutes.

There were two interviews one little technical (HPLC, SOP development, how do you make sure your results are correct) with some behaviour questions (why do you want to work here, tell me about a time you solved a conflict in your previous experience, where do you see yourself in the next 5 year). I have been "promoted" to another interview for a higher role. The questions here were more regarding the company values and the compass. Only at the end I have been shown a graph with a small description of pH variation and alcohol fraction changes and they asked me what would with this product which is already in the market.
