Great Interview process. At each round the interviewers asked me relevant and fair questions about my experience as a recruiter. I was very impressed with the collaboration the team had throughout the process. And it became apparent they were looking for not only a good recruiter, but also an authentic fit for the team at RB. My final interview was with the CEO and lasted 5 mins as she said “My team likes you, and I trust my team.” I am beyond happy to be a part of that team today.
