I went into their office, met with two executives and a senior associate. Very casual meet and greet, chatted for about 2 hours total. No case nothing. They poked and prodded about details about my current projects. They then proceeded to not answer my follow up emails for over 8 weeks. I emailed once a week for 8 weeks and heard nothing. until one day they told me they were going in another direction. Not sure how they came to the decision as they didn't really ask me any real interview questions. very odd.

Very lengthy -- took over 2 months, the interviewers were pretty intimidating, not many technical questions, a lot of behavioral stuff. A lot of background questions, make sure you know why you want to go into this type of consulting and how your background relates to their company.

Pretty standard. Decided I was not interested after the first interview so I declined to continue in the process. Seemed to emphasize in-person work whereas I wanted remote work. The interviewer was nice and professional.
