Two stage process - relatively friendly and informed. Only misgiving of the two stage process was the fact that I was considered unsuitable due to cultural fit, a fact that I would have thought should have been assessed at interview stage 1. Felt like the 2nd interview was a bit wasteful really. Not sure the role ever got filled.
