Standard dual interview process. First with a regular manager then you come back another day to meet the GM. You must dress professionally and arrive on time, please have your resume handy.

How do I handle high stress environments or situations?
It started with a phone interview, then in person interview. They asked basic questions regarding experience and knowledge in the industry. Overall a very polite and to the point process.

Entretien
It was very relaxed and was done in a booth. Easy questions about my work experience and future goals. I was interviewed by a manager and the general manager. I was nervous but they didn’t hold that against me.
