Applied online, recruiter contacted me and told me I was a great fit. I didn’t hear back until I contacted them again. Spoke to the hiring manager. Then the head of the department and someone else from leadership. Great conversations until they decided to change a requirement in the job description again. I feel the organization doesn’t really understand what they are looking for here.
