Entretien
I applied online and was contacted for an interview within 24 hours. I set up an interview for the next day. They told me I was an excellent candidate and that I would need to meet with the general manager before they could offer me a job.

They asked me about my work experience, had I ever worked at a restaurant before and did I have hosting experience. They also asked about my location and transportation situation. They asked about my availability and how many hours I was looking to work.
