I was contacted by a recruiter about the position and was asked if I would be willing to do a one on one interview with him at the Redbrick offices. I met with the same recruiter a couple of days later. The recruiter was very nice and professional. The room where the interview took place however, was not. He explained to me that the majority of their conference rooms had been turned into offices for an influx of new, upper level hires. Therefore, the interview had to be conducted in what looked like the office lunch room. The interview was interrupted a few times due to employees coming in to grab food, use the microwave, etc. The recruiter was really good about pausing so that personal information wasn't heard by the employees coming in and out of the room, but I would have been much more comfortable if there were actual facilities on site to conduct a private meeting like this.
