It's more than a month the interview happened and I am writing the review now as it needed time to write this long review ;-)
After a week of conversation & discussions, the interview was scheduled. They had a strict constraint that interview could happen only in their working hours. So for every round, I needed to take short leaves from my current employer. The interview was scheduled with the Asheesh Saxena (CTO & Co-founder)
Jun 06, 2017:
The schedule was for the day at 4 pm. I took half day leave from my office to be available for the interview. 10-15 mins post the scheduled time, I called the recruiter to convey that I haven't got any call as yet. She told me that she would get back to me after checking with Asheesh. After 10mins of a wait, I called her again and then she conveyed her inability to connect with him that time. His number was unreachable. She suggested me to wait for 10-15mins more and she will get back once she gets in touch with him. After a long wait, ultimately, I called her at 5:15 pm saying even if Asheesh shows up now still I don't think he will be able to complete the round in 15mins. The recruiter agreed to reschedule the interview. She rescheduled the interview with Asheesh for Jun 08, 2017 at 10:30 am.

The similar story repeated. I had taken a half day leave from office and Asheesh didn't call me for the interview on the scheduled time. However, after so many follow-ups with the recruiter from my side, I got a skype request from one of the employees of RedDoorz. I thought he will take the interview but he just told me that he is waiting for the confirmation from his HR to proceed with the interview. So finally, he also didn't show back to take the interview and it wasted my half-day leave again.

The recruiter rescheduled the interview for 10:30 pm with Asheesh. Although, I was pretty much aware of their unprofessionalism, albeit, I wanted to check the level of unprofessionalism they were surviving with. As usual, Asheesh didn't show up and after many follow-ups, he sent another guy to take the interview at 11 am.
During the interview, the guy didn't seem confident about what he was asking and what he is trying to judge with that. His questions were showing his inexperience in the field. He was expecting exact bookish answers instead of anything practical. I was curious to know the person who was taking my interview. I asked him for his little intro at the end of the interview. He answered that he is XYZ working at RedDoorz from last a year. That's it. I went to LinkedIn and search for him. I found he is a QA-Manual with 1 year of experience in his field. It wasn't shocking for me as I had judged him during the interview itself.
However, I wasted 1.5 casual leaves on this worse company in vein. I am lucky that I got the chance to analyze this behavior during the hiring process itself and not after joining them.
Asheesh and people like him really need to respect other's time. I refused to proceed with the further process with them.
