The HR first takes up an telephonic round of interview where in she asks few random questions on your background and other educational qualification. This is basically to check on your speech and communication skills. Once you clear telephonic round you get to have a face to face interview with CEO which is not that hard.

It was an amazing experience. Interview was fine. CEO interacts closely with the interviewers and is very selective to hire best talent. I was called for a F2F interview and was surprised with an instant constructive feedback at the moment before I moved out of organisation.
