Panel interview of 3 manager and below. Questions were soft, while answers were noticeably unrealistic or simply false. This was an interview that should never have happened as I had to force them into admitting they already had an offer out to a preferred candidate but chose to interview me as a backup. Evasive, illusive and rather forthright once cornered that there was no opportunity. I wished them well and asked that the three never waste others time in the future. No one should be asked to interview under such pretense. This is rude and speaks clearly as to the low moral character of the three people I had the misfortune of speaking.
