3 part interview in total.The inital application, followed by an intereview with a senior buyer. Then a 2nd interview with the head of buying who gave me a topic to present on in my final stage. Around one week between each stage.

Company recruitment HR visited to my home country and then call up for interview. They review skills, personality, communication skills, flexibility of work. Then collect passport and grant visa for said role.
