I interviewed with them for about 45 minutes after a recruiter set up the interview. Since it became clear in the interview that the fit was not good, we did not proceed from there. It was an incredibly valuable interview. I got the sense that they cared for me and that they genuinely wanted the best for my career. Stephen was amazing in this regard. I left with a better sense of where I stood in the marketplace and what I needed to do next.
