Horrible company to try to work with. HR department doesnt care about anyone except internals. Jobs are only posted because they are required to do so. They only promote internal canidates.
it was fairly hard as they asked several questions. Privy to the name they asked to describe the colour red to a blind person etc. Nevertheless it was a fabulous experience!
