Awful. A recruiter reached out to me based on my past experience. I reviewed the position requirements and knew that I would be a good fit (I don't want to waste anyone's time if I felt that I would not be a good fit). I was initially supposed to interview with the hiring manager, however I interviewed with a app sec engineer. Needless to say, his questions were off point and had nothing to do with the position requirements in the job posting. He told my recruiter that I did not understand technology or the position requirements. Right... good luck with securing yourself from another breach.
